The LUGG new generation isolatable replaceable anti-vibration inductive vortex flowmeter adopts an integrated housing structure with stable mechanical performance and minimized leakage risks. Equipped with an isolatable sensor, it supports online sensor replacement without pipeline flow shutdown. The sensor features excellent anti-vibration, ultra-high pressure resistance and ultra-high temperature resistance. The built-in signal spectrum scanning processing circuit of the transmitter further optimizes anti-vibration capability, delivering the advantages of wide turndown ratio, low minimum measuring flow velocity and low operating pressure loss.
Applicable to a variety of harsh working conditions, this product has been widely recognized by customers since its launch, providing reliable flow measurement solutions for high-temperature and strong-vibration industrial scenarios.
Product Features
- Safe and leak-proof: No sealing parts or compression screws are adopted, ensuring an integral leak-free structure.
- Online non-stop flow replacement: Sensors can be replaced online without cutting off medium flow, avoiding huge production losses caused by shutdown maintenance and realizing dual operational safety guarantee.
- Ultra-wide temperature resistance: Applicable medium temperature ranges from 350℃ to 550℃.
- Ultra-high pressure resistance: Rated pressure covers 2.5MPa, 45MPa and 64MPa.
- Excellent anti-vibration performance: Effectively resists vibration interference of 0.5g to 2.0g.
- Low minimum flow velocity: Gas: 1.98m/s ~ 1.2m/s; Liquid: 0.21m/s ~ 0.18m/s. The gas flow velocity of 1.98m/s and liquid flow velocity of 0.21m/s are achieved under the working pressure of 2.03MPa.
- Wide turndown ratio: Optional ratios of 10:1, 20:1, 35:1 and 40:1.
- Complete product specifications: Available with single signal output, dual signal output and four-channel signal output. Multiple safety protections ensure safe, stable and uninterrupted detection and control operation.
